Dr. Shakir M. Rasheed, lecturer at the department of Mathematics of UOZ, represented the University of Zakho in the 9th International Conference Finite Difference, Finite elements, Finite volumes, Boundary Elements (F-and-B" 16) as a part of WSEAS in Rome, Italy from 21 till 23 of October, 2016. Dr. Rasheed presented his paper on "A comparison Between Finite Difference and Asymptotic Methods for Solving a Reaction-Diffusion model in Ecology." And which has been accepted in a journal indexed in SCOPUS.
